This friendly 40-minute workshop gives older adults a simple way to respond when something does not feel right – without technical jargon or information overload.

Participants learn one easy, repeatable routine: PAUSE · VERIFY · CONNECT.

These three steps work with suspicious calls, texts, emails, bank messages, family-emergency requests, investment offers and other situations involving pressure, money or personal information.
